Juicing has become an everyday thing for me! Lately, I have ditched the morning coffee and started drinking a fresh green juice instead. Truth be told, I will always be a coffee lover, but the juice gives me lasting mental clarity and sustainable energy that a coffee just doesn't provide.
Before I started juicing at home - juice days were very special days. If you've brought a fresh pressed juice, i'm not talking about plastic bottled naked juices (or of the such...), you most likely noticed this is an expensive habit. But, it doesn't have to be.
Investing in a juicer has been such a game changer. Making fresh juices at home no where near compares to the cost of buying juices out. We're talking a quarter of the cost - if not less! This is even true when you are buying organic produce, which I HIGHLY recommend because #HEALTH.
Juices don't have to be fancy with a bunch of "superfoods"you've never heard of before. As most everything in my life - I like to keep it simple. My daily juices are made from readily available and easy to find staple ingredients such as: celery, romaine, cucumber, lemon, apple, carrots, and ginger.
If you have green powders such as Spirulina or Chlorella I highly recommend adding them into the juice, but you can still enjoy many benefits of your fresh juice without these more expensive ingredients.
Benefits of daily juice:
• Detoxifying (You are packing in raw, fresh, and LIVING foods and all their nutrients.)
• Alkalizing • Hydrating
• Natural source of energy with no stimulates like caffeine
• Helps cravings • Clears skin blemishes, breakouts, and acne
SO, are you ready to experience how good your body can actually feel?
