SPICY JICAMA SALAD
v. gf. raw.(ish)
prep time: 15 minutes
1 medium raw jicama
1/2 head purple cabbage
bunch cilantro
1 T. spicy vegan mayo
2 mandarin oranges
fresh squeezed lime juice
dash black pepper
dash cayenne pepper
dash paprika
wash and chop raw veggies into larger chunks. mix with dressing and spices
optional: add in fresh mango slices or apples for a sweeter salad.
