VEGGIE SOUP

cook time: 1 hour
1 large potato
1 medium sweet potato
1 small head of cauliflower
1 small head broccoli
5 heirloom carrots
5 stalks celery
1/2 cup soaked chickpeas
no salt veggie broth
1 T. Italian seasoning
2 T. tomato paste
1 T. braggs liquid aminos
fresh squeezed lemon
dash of paprika
black pepper to taste
sesame seeds to taste
place all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil then simmer covered for 1 hour or until veggies are soft.
