1 head romaine

3 golden beets

1 cup organic tempeh

2 T. coconut aminos

handful micro greens

2 T. yellow mustard

1 T. maple syrup

2 T. nutritional yeast

black pepper to taste

chop romaine and put in a large serving bowl. steam beets until soft. cube tempeh and sautéed with coconut aminos. top salad with micro greens and black pepper. 

dressing: mix mustard, maple syrup, nutritional yeast in a jar. add water to desired texture and consistency.
